2026 Tee Off Fore a Healthier Community

Butler Country Club, 310 Country Club Road, Butler, PA
Registration and lunch will begin at 11 am with a shot gun start at 12:30 pm. Play of the day is a four person scramble.
The Butler Country Club requires soft cleats and proper golf attire.
The cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 pm.
The dress for dinner will be business casual or golf attire.
