Community Memorial Service

will be held

Sunday, November 3, 2019

at 1:00pm 

in the Auditorium at

Butler Memorial Hospital

The service will include a time of remembrance and education about preparing for the holidays after a loved one has died and will include uplifting music.

Each family in attendance will receive one free Wendell August Forge Memorial Snowflake Ornament (one per family).

To have your loved ones’ name read and to receive an ornament you must register by October 25, 2019.
