Basket donation guidelines:
- Basket themes are up to the donors.
- All baskets must include an angel.
- Baskets must be fully enclosed in see-through cellophane or displayed as one complete piece. Please remember when designing your basket that they need to be moved and transported.
- All baskets must have a content list.
- We are requesting that you send us a picture and description of your basket as soon as available to be placed on the Foundation website. The information can be sent to Anna.Silverio@butlerhealthsystem.org
- Valuable Items - If your basket contains gift cards/certificates, small electronic devices or an expensive item; please give these to the Foundation Staff when you deliver your basket (you can put a picture or the item box in the basket). Please do not keep the item until the day of the basket drawing.
- Alcohol - You may donate alcohol, but please do not put in your display. The alcohol needs to be given to the Foundation Staff when you deliver your basket. You can include a filler of a sparkling beverage or list the names of the alcohol on the label. *This is due to PA Games of Chance regulations.
- Delivery - Baskets are due in the Nixon Sarver Education Center, Butler Memorial Hospital on Monday, December 4th from 8 am until noon.
General Event Information:
- Baskets will be on display in the Nixon/Sarver Education Center Tuesday, December 5th through Thursday, December 14th.
- Basket room hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm weekdays. Saturday and Sunday 11:30 am to 3:30 p.m.
- Basket raffle tickets are 10 tickets for $5.00 or 25 for $10.00.
- Winners will be announced in the morning of Friday, December 15th. Winners will need to pick up their baskets by noon.
- Back by popular demand is our 50/50 Raffle. The cost of the 50/50 raffle tickets will be 10 tickets for $5.00
