Basket Requirements:

Include an angel
Provide a picture and description of your basket as soon as available to EventRSVP@ButlerHealthSystem.org. This is needed for the online basket catalog.
Gift cards, small electronic devices and expensive items should be given to Foundation staff when you deliver your basket. You can put a picture or the item box in the basket for display. Basket will not be accepted without all items.
Deliver to the Nixon/Sarver Education Center on Monday, December 9th, between 8 am and noon.
NO ALCOHOL - Alcohol cannot be included in any basket. This is a games of chance regulation. NO exceptions will be made. Gift cards to Wine & Spirits Store are acceptable.
